Pembrook Resourcing is seeking a Senior Service Advisor to join their aftersales team at a leading dealership. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a service role and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include establishing rapport with customers, identifying opportunities to achieve sales targets, and managing work in progress to meet pre-arranged time frames. The successful candidate will be an organised individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

* Establish rapport with and provide outstanding care to customers
* Identify and anticipate ways to help customers and achieve sales targets
* Book in customer vehicles for servicing and arrange alternative transport
* Manage and follow up all work in progress on customer vehicles
* Ensure customers understand service charges and work carried out

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a service role
* Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
* Organised individual with excellent communication skills
* Ability to prioritise tasks effectively
