Maintenance Engineer Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Stirling Warrington in Rugby, Warwickshire. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our heavy plant equipment, with a focus on mechanical maintenance and repair.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on heavy plant equipment, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues, using your knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and welding.
  • Work collaboratively with other engineers and technicians to achieve maintenance goals.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 3 or time-served apprenticeship in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in mechanical maintenance in an industrial environment.
  • Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and welding is highly desirable.
