We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Resource & Scheduling Coordinator to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day scheduling of resources on our electronic planning system, DRS, for repairs & maintenance operatives.
- Work collaboratively with Contracts Managers, Supervisors, and Team Leaders to optimize resource utilization and maximize productivity.
- Develop and maintain expertise in resource planning and scheduling, with a focus on flexibility and efficiency.
- Prioritize workloads, support large teams, and remain calm under pressure.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
