Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead a major infrastructure project in Derby.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing Tier 1 projects with a scheme value of £30m upwards and a strong background in NEC contracts.

Familiarity with flood alleviation projects is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the project team
  • Develop and implement project plans and schedules
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors
  • Maintain budgeting and cost control
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in project management
  • Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in NEC contract administration

  • Competitive salary range: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
