Cygnet Health Care is a leading provider of specialist mental health services, and we're seeking an experienced Therapeutic Support Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll work closely with service users, their families, and our multidisciplinary team to develop personalized therapeutic plans that meet their unique needs.

About the Job
As a Therapeutic Support Associate, you'll work in a dynamic environment, using your expertise to deliver high-quality therapeutic support to individuals with mental health needs. Your key responsibilities will include providing individualized support, developing and implementing therapeutic plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. We offer a competitive salary of £12,58 per hour, rising to £13,02 after 18 months, as well as opportunities for further learning and professional development.
