Role Overview:
ABehaviour Support Worker is required to support children with Special Educational Needs in a school in Bristol. The ideal candidate will have experience working with challenging behaviour and be passionate about supporting young people's mental health.
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this role will be from £83.33-£96.15 per day, with the opportunity to commit for the full academic year.
About the Role:
This SEN school is looking for a confident and dedicated Learning Support Assistant who can work closely with children who have mental health difficulties, display challenging behaviour and have learning disabilities such as Autism.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children with Special Educational Needs
- Ability to manage challenging behaviour
- Degree graded 2:2 or above in Psychology or related field
Bristol Location:
This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate to expand their classroom experience prior to undertaking their teaching training and becoming a fully qualified classroom teacher.
