Sterile Production Technician

You will play a crucial role in the manufacturing organization at CSL Seqirus, supporting the team's objectives by operating and performing various work activities. The purpose of this position is to contribute to the manufacture of viral seed stocks for use in the Influenza Vaccine production process.
The role involves ensuring compliance with Departmental SOPs and Ml's, controlling and monitoring activities, completing documentation accurately and on time, and conducting final documentation reviews. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe working environment, adhering to Health and Safety regulations, and promoting a cGMP compliant culture.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of SOPs and Ml's, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary
- Ensuring accurate and timely completion of documentation, including signing off on critical documents
- Contributing to a safe working environment by consistently demonstrating Health and Safety best practices
- Participating in Continuous Improvement initiatives, applying Lean Manufacturing principles to drive efficiency and quality
- Working collaboratively with team members, providing and receiving support, feedback, and communication to achieve business objectives
This role requires experience in working in A/B Grade clean room environments, aseptic manipulations, and controlled environments. You should have relevant experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology sterile production, knowledge of cGMP, and mechanical aptitude. Additionally, you should be skilled in electronic mechanical equipment operation.
