Your Job Description

We require a skilled Contracts Manager to lead our refurbishment projects, guaranteeing that they are completed on time and meet the required standards.

Main Duties

  1. Coordinate the management of multiple refurbishment projects simultaneously across social housing, education, and healthcare sectors.
  2. Supervise internal refurbishment works including kitchen and bathroom upgrades, internal decorations, and FRA works.
  3. Oversee external refurbishment works such as window and door upgrades, cladding replacement, roofing repairs and replacements, and external decorations.
  4. Ensure efficient contract execution, adhering to schedules and budgets.
  5. Identify potential risks associated with contracts and implement mitigation strategies.
  6. Maintain accurate records of contracts and related documentation.
  7. Hold a proven track record of successful refurbishment projects across social housing, education, and healthcare sectors.
  8. Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
  9. possess knowledge of procurement and supply chain management.
  10. Familiarity with building services.
  11. The compensation package includes car allowance, pension, healthcare, annual leave, company phone, etc.
  12. This is a full-time Monday-to-Friday position.

Salary Range: £55,000 - £75,000 per year
