Electrical Project Manager Job Description

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their team in Manchester. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects, including commercial refit and new build projects, with values ranging from £50,000 to £1m.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Carry out amendments or variations to existing projects and contracts.
  2. Estimate project costs and create materials lists.
  3. Review technical drawings and specifications.
  4. Regularly update clients on project progress.
  5. Produce RAMS and safety documentation.
  6. Work from the office in Manchester, with site visits to survey new projects.
  7. Oversee multiple contracts simultaneously.
Requirements:
  1. Previous experience in an Electrical project management role.
  2. Minimum 5 years' experience.
  3. Ability to oversee multiple projects at any one time.
  4. Based within commutable distance to the Manchester area.
Remuneration:
  1. Salary £50,000 - £60,000, depending on experience.
  2. Bonus scheme uncapped based on performance.
  3. Car Allowance £6,000.
  4. 28 days holiday (including bank holidays).
