We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team in Stockport, promoting independence and transition to independent living for 6 individuals.
The role comes with a competitive salary of £26,364 per annum, offering opportunities for career growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement care plans that enhance the wellbeing of service users.
- Supervise staff and ensure efficient service delivery.
- Protect and promote the welfare of service users.
- Provide leadership and guidance to care staff.
- Deliver care according to best practices, policies, and procedures.
- Plan and conduct supervisions and appraisals for care staff.
