We are looking for a Discipleship Coordinator to lead our youth and community development initiatives in Tadcaster. This role will focus on delivering spiritual wellbeing programmes in local schools, using the Big Green Heart approach.

The successful candidate will develop a weekly youth discipleship club, build and lead a team of paid staff and volunteers, and build bridges between community, schools, and churches.

  • Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
