Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Handyman to join our team at Calibre Search. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to building maintenance and repair.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs to buildings, including but not limited to:
  • Roof repairs and gutter clearance
  • Brickwork repairs
  • Floor repairs
  • Car park and yard works
  • Roller shutter maintenance and repairs
  • Painting and decorating
  • Plumbing and drainage repairs

Requirements:

  • Experience working in commercial premises, particularly in the retail sector
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
