Job Summary
We're seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and supported lives in their own homes. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized care and support to help them maintain their independence.
Key Responsibilities
- Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
- Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework
- Help clients with their medication and provide support with daily living activities
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless care and support
What We Offer
- A competitive hourly rate of £13.50 - £15.65, plus 30p mileage

Requirements
We're looking for someone who is compassionate, caring, and able to work independently. You'll need to be resilient and willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of a close-knit team. No social care experience is necessary, but a willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
