Project Costing Specialist

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum
Job Description:
- Site Visits: As an estimator, you will be responsible for visiting construction sites to assess project progress and costs.
- Managing Multiple Projects: You will oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and accurate budgeting.
- Structuring your Own Day: With autonomy to manage your workload, you can balance office work with site visits based on project priorities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Background in Estimating: A strong understanding of estimating principles and techniques is essential.
- Construction Background: Previous experience in the construction industry, preferably in estimating or a related role.
- UK Driving Licence and Access to Car: A full UK driving licence and access to a car are necessary for site visits.
