We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the UK Early Careers Programme (ECP) recruitment strategy, working closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for our Early Careers Programmes.
- Manage the recruitment process, including virtual assessment centres, to ensure a smooth and professional experience for candidates and stakeholders.
- Provide HR support to undergraduate and summer placement students, ensuring a positive onboarding experience and pastoral care throughout their placement.
- Work closely with the Remuneration and Benefits team to agree starting salaries, joining bonuses, and packages for new recruits.
- Deliver presentations and training to stakeholders and external candidates on unconscious bias awareness and recruitment best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Early Careers recruitment, with a strong understanding of annual volume rotation and talent attraction strategies.
- Ability to work at pace, under pressure, and across all levels of the organisation, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Previous HR/Onsite experience within a recruitment/resourcing function, with a strong understanding of HR systems and processes.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to persuade and influence others at a senior level.
