Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Operations Specialist to join our SCM team for the Display division at Samsung. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in improving and executing operations to high standards, integrating and coordinating functions, activities, transactions, and people across the value chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead S&OP meetings with key stakeholders to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Manage accurate demand forecasts for the upcoming 6 months, ensuring timely delivery of materials.
  • Handle stock allocation to orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies, set improvement plans, and monitor progress against targets.
  • Continuously improve operational efficiency and excellence.
  • Analyze market size, sales trends, and inventory levels to inform demand planning.
  • Produce and analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales projections.
  • Provide regular updates to customers on backorders and delivery schedules.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel.
  • Experience with SAP is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external teams.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Hardworking, motivated, and proactive individual with a creative problem-solving approach.
  • Experience in a commercial environment and achieving results is desirable.
  • Process-driven mindset with a focus on performance.
