Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Clearfield. The successful candidate will support our construction managers, assist with account applications, cost databases, and sub-contractor payments, and collaborate with Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers. This is a great opportunity to work on various projects across East Anglia and develop your skills in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Supporting construction managers as needed.
  • Assisting in the preparation and administration of interim and final account applications.
  • Updating standard cost databases and profiles.
  • Collaborating with Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers.
  • Reviewing sub-contractor applications.
  • Valuing and processing sub-contractor payments.

Requirements: To apply for this role, you must have a BSc Quantity Surveying degree, a full UK driver's license, and proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and strong numerical skills. Commercial awareness and contractual knowledge are also essential for success in this position.
