Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Leader to join our team at One Stop. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the smooth operation of our store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, stock management, and cash handling.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive a high level of service, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Manage stock levels, including ordering and receiving stock, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Security and Safety: Ensure the security and safety of the store, colleagues, and customers, including monitoring CCTV and responding to any incidents.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with colleagues, customers, and management to ensure seamless store operations.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a leadership role, with a track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to respond to customer queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Experience in managing stock levels, including ordering and receiving stock, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Security and Safety: Knowledge of security and safety procedures, including CCTV monitoring and incident response.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, customers, and management.
