Job Description:

We are seeking a Nighttime Support Staff member to join our team at Windsor House, Oswestry, Shropshire. As a Nighttime Support Staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and/or physical disabilities during nighttime shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centred care and support to individuals with varying needs and abilities.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a safe and inclusive environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of individual's care plans and progress.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and/or physical disabilities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What We Offer:

  • Salary: £21,931.00 per annum.
  • Hours: 35 hours per week, permanent contract.
