We are seeking a skilled Powertrain Calibration Engineer to join our team at NS85 Ltd. As a key member of our Non-Road Mobile Machinery (NRMM) sector, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Start of Production Projects.

Your responsibilities will include leading the calibration process for various powertrain components, crafting and managing detailed engine and system test plans, and conducting thorough system simulation activities to optimize powertrain performance.

You will also be responsible for performing data analysis and root cause analysis to identify and solve complex powertrain system issues, developing system models and calibration simulations, and generating and presenting comprehensive reports to both internal and external stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you will need a degree in a relevant engineering discipline, a deep understanding of diesel internal combustion engine operation, performance, and ancillary systems, and proficiency in simulation systems, notably MATLAB SIMULINK, and experience with calibration toolsets.

Additionally, you will need strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting complex data sets and providing clear, actionable insights, excellent teamwork capabilities and communication skills, and a self-starter mindset with the flexibility and adaptability to work on a variety of projects within the NRMM sector.
