MEP Commissioning Specialist

People Group Limited is seeking a highly skilled MEP Commissioning Manager to oversee the commissioning processes for multiple commercial fit-out projects in the City of London.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement commissioning plans for all MEP systems, ensuring alignment with project schedules and objectives.
- Oversee the testing, validation, and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure they meet design specifications and operational requirements.
- Ensure that all commissioning activities adhere to quality standards and project requirements.
- Prepare detailed commissioning documentation, including test reports, validation records, and as-built documentation.
- Work closely with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate commissioning activities and resolve any technical issues.
- Ensure all commissioning processes comply with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Provide training and handover documentation to clients and end-users on the operation and maintenance of MEP systems.
- Identify opportunities for improving commissioning processes and implement best practices.
- Proven experience as an MEP Commissioning Manager, preferably with experience in commercial fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Excellent project management and coordination skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in commissioning software and tools.
