Civil Engineer - Team Lead Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join our team as a Team Lead, responsible for leading projects and supporting the growth of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Support and mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and feedback.
  • Liaise with clients and local authorities, building strong relationships and communicating project progress.
  • Contribute to the financial side of the business, including fee proposals and invoicing.
  • Develop and maintain drainage and highway designs, using AutoCAD, Microdrainage, and Causeway Flow.
  • Prepare reports and presentations, showcasing project outcomes and recommendations.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £36,000 - £42,000.
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
  • A 37.5-hour week, providing a healthy work-life balance.
  • Support and mentoring for IEng/Chartership, if and when required.
