About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Prisoner Escort Officer. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for providing safe and secure court transportation and custody services for adults, children, and young people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transport and escort prisoners safely and securely to courts, ensuring their physical and mental wellbeing.
  • Manage and control all situations, using effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Search property and people, ensuring prevention of escape, self-harm, harm to others, and damage to property.
  • Ensure food and drink are available throughout the day, and complete paperwork and data entry for the day.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a current driver's license, B/B1 License, and be reasonably fit. You will also need to have good written and verbal communication skills, and be able to manage and control all situations.

Our Assessment Process

Our assessment process includes an online assessment, a briefing call, a competency-based virtual interview, and a short role-play and written exercise.
