About the Role:

  • We are seeking an experienced Residential Support Worker to join our team in supporting young people in their daily lives within our homes across the West Midlands region.
  • This includes helping young people continue with hobbies, social activities, and friendships, and learn new skills, as well as providing support with morning routines and preparing evening meals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide person-centred care and support to young people, enabling them to reach their potential and experience new opportunities.
  • To work in a reflective manner, delivering relationship-based care as part of a small team, involving day, evening, night, weekend, and bank holiday working.
