About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and dedicated individual to join our award-winning team as a Care Home Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to the General Manager, staff, and residents, ensuring the smooth and efficient management of the Home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and manage data for invoicing purposes, working closely with Head Office to ensure timely payments.
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding debts, reporting any concerns to Head Office.
  • Collate information and complete payroll returns, providing accurate and timely data.
  • Provide clerical support to the General Manager and other staff members as needed.
  • Coordinate the recruitment and onboarding process for new staff members.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess a minimum of three years of business administration experience, with a strong background in data management and payroll processing. You will also have excellent interpersonal skills, a professional telephone manner, and the ability to prioritize your workload effectively.
