Job Overview
Rydon is currently looking for an experienced Building Services Engineer to join their maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out reactive and planned maintenance on mechanical plant, including heating and ventilation equipment in healthcare buildings across London and Kent.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in mechanical maintenance, with a strong understanding of heating systems, motorised valves and controls. This experience should have been gained maintaining mechanical/heating equipment within a commercial environment.
Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and repair of building services plant and equipment.
- Undertaking Planned Preventative (PPM's) and reactive maintenance works.
- Ensuring that jobs are completed on time in compliance with PPM plans and service level agreements.
The estimated salary for this role is around £45,000-£65,000 per year, based on location and experience.
