Job Overview

As a key member of our Plymouth store team, you will be the face of our business, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for our customers. You will be responsible for greeting and thanking customers, processing sales and orders, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process sales and orders accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and back office.
  • Support visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring a visually appealing and engaging store environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.

Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
