Trainee Health and Safety Advisor Opportunity

Fawkes & Reece South is seeking a Trainee Health and Safety Advisor to join our team for the delivery of a major infrastructure project in the South Coast region.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or qualified individual to develop their skills and knowledge in health and safety within a busy regional main contractor group.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving health and safety standards within the project, working closely with the visiting Health and Safety Manager, Site Manager, and Project Managers.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring health and safety standards and identifying potential risks
  • Developing and implementing health and safety policies and procedures
  • Conducting risk assessments and method statements
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety legislation
  • Collaborating with the project team to achieve health and safety objectives
