Job Title: Executive Front Office Manager
Our client, a Central London Hotel, is seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to oversee daily operations.
The ideal candidate will be confident, energetic, well-organized, and possess a natural team leadership ability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the highest standards in front office operations.
- Act as the hotel's ambassador and brand representative.
- Provide exceptional customer service as the host.
- Maintain strong relationships with guests and other hotel departments.
- Manage front office rotas effectively.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.
- Natural team leadership abilities.
