Lettings Administrator

We are seeking a skilled and confident individual to join our successful Chattings branch in Lichfield as a Lettings Negotiator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our landlords and tenants, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the lettings process.
Your primary focus will be on advising landlords on their best opportunities for return on investment, conducting tenancy viewings, and processing successful applications. You will also be responsible for coordinating new tenancies, from arranging initial viewings to processing applications and ensuring a smooth move-in process.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be passionate about property and have excellent communication skills. Experience in the industry is a plus, but not essential. You will be expected to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, problem-solve, and engage with clients credibly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and plan effectively to meet client needs.
- Engage with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Communicate clearly and thoroughly with all stakeholders throughout the lettings process.
- Drive and have access to your own vehicle for business use.
- Commit to working every other weekend to meet business demands.
