Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning and Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Cornerstone Healthcare Group. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness within our 63-bed care home, providing a comfortable and safe living environment for our residents.

The successful candidate will have a positive attitude towards our residents and a commitment to providing high-quality housekeeping services. You will work collaboratively with our team to ensure that all communal areas and residents' bedrooms are maintained to the highest standards.

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is £18,000-£20,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer an attractive benefits package worth up to £5,000, including enhanced pay rates for overtime and bank holidays, a pension scheme, and subsidised lunch.

About Us

Cornerstone Healthcare Group provides specialist care for vulnerable people who present with challenging behaviours associated with complex neurodegenerative and mental health needs. Our residents primarily have a neurological degenerative condition such as Dementia with an underlying mental health condition. We currently operate four homes in Waterlooville, Curdridge, Mytchett, and Wincanton, and are expanding to new locations.
