About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team at Fitness First. As a Self-Employed Fitness Coach, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing membership base, offering a range of fitness services and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized fitness coaching and training to clients, helping them achieve their health and wellness goals.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs, taking into account individual client needs and goals.
  • Conduct fitness assessments and create customized workout plans to ensure clients achieve optimal results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and industry developments, ensuring you remain a leading expert in your field.
Requirements
  • REPs level 3 Personal Training qualification or equivalent.
  • Passion for health, fitness, and wellness, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to think creatively, with a strong focus on business growth and development.
