Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, based on experience


Job Description:


Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience working within a Children's Social Work setting, possessing a strong understanding of assessment, planning, and review processes, as well as the development of effective care and pathway plans.



  • Carry out comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify needs and develop tailored plans
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure cohesive service delivery
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to drive positive outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to relevant regulations

Required Skills and Qualifications:


Applicants should hold a DipSW or equivalent qualification, be registered with the HCPC, have a current DBS, and be a car driver. Strong communication and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, are essential.
