About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Customer Delivery Driver to join our team at Tesco. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive their shopping in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver customer shopping trips with a smile and a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure that the van and trays are clean and organized at all times.
  • Load the van as required and check the van for roadworthiness.
  • Communicate effectively with customers about any changes to their order, including substitutions and short code items.
  • Take care of products and deliveries as if they were your own.
  • Deliver during the customer's time slot and call the customer before arriving at their property if early.
  • Call the store/centre if running 30 or more minutes late.
