Band 7 Physiotherapist Position

We are seeking a highly motivated Band 7 physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team at Farnham Hospital. As a key member of our rehabilitation service, you will play a leading role in planning, coordinating, and evaluating the physiotherapy service on the wards.
Key Responsibilities- Undertake detailed assessments and document findings, demonstrating clinical reasoning skills.
- Maintain accurate records in line with Chartered Society of Physiotherapy standards and Trust policies.
- Communicate complex and sensitive information to patients, carers, and staff.
- Maintain confidentiality and appreciate cultural and religious differences when agreeing treatment plans.
- Ensure timely and effective communication with the Therapy Manager and senior staff.
- Participate in clinical audit and demonstrate resilience in challenging situations.
- Work collaboratively with the Occupational Therapists and supervise Band 5, 6, and therapy assistants.
- Participate in the appraisal scheme and training for physiotherapy and multidisciplinary teams.
- Maintain professional competence through continuing professional development and a portfolio.
