The Role:
We are seeking a skilled Site Engineering Specialist to join our team in North Yorkshire. As a key member of our engineering and operations department, you will be responsible for supporting the site with significant breakdowns, projects, and modifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist and advise on small to medium scale projects with the shift engineering and operational teams.
- Deliver large projects individually or working as part of a multi-functional team.
- Work alongside the Engineering Manager to develop, lead, and complete projects to improve the site based on top loss.
- Plan and manage your day-to-day duties, issues, and projects to ensure timescales are agreed and met when necessary.
- Develop other capable engineers and apprentices in your specialist field to ensure the site has the ability to fault diagnose at all times when operational.
- Competent in Excel, Word, etc.
- Engineering background and experience.
- Multi-skilled background in maintenance engineering.
