We are seeking a Heavy Machinery Field Service Specialist to join our team in the Greater London area.

Job Summary

This role involves traveling to various client sites to provide expert maintenance and repair services for a range of forklifts. Key responsibilities include:

  • Inspecting forklifts to identify potential issues and implementing proactive maintenance strategies.
  • Repairing and replacing faulty components to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their specific needs and develop tailored service plans.
  • Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and service interactions.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients.

To succeed in this position, candidates must have:

  • Significant experience in the automotive or forklift industry, preferably in a field service role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of forklifts, including engines, brakes, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • A valid driver's license.
