Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Fabric Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Integral UK Ltd. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our fabric maintenance activities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks to ensure the fabric is in good working condition.
  • Perform general carpentry tasks to maintain and repair fabric-related equipment.
  • Conduct regular fire door maintenance and repair to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Test and maintain fire alarm systems on a weekly basis.
  • Flush taps on a weekly basis to ensure water quality and safety.
  • Clean and service Air Handling Units (AHUs) to ensure optimal performance.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in fabric maintenance and a keen eye for detail. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve our maintenance goals.
