Job Title: Skincare Specialist

We're seeking highly skilled and passionate Skincare Specialists to join our team in Southampton. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, showcasing our expertise, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized skincare consultations, recommending tailored product solutions based on customers' unique skin needs.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our product range, including ingredients, formulations, and benefits.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless customer interactions, efficient stock management, and visually appealing store displays.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals, identifying opportunities to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with our Dermatology Team to stay up-to-date on the latest skincare trends, product innovations, and industry developments.

  • Possess a strong passion for skincare, staying informed about industry advancements and emerging trends.
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service, building rapport and trust with clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate a sales-driven mindset, with resilience and determination to meet and exceed targets.
