We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring they receive the best possible experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Follow care plans and ensure residents receive the necessary care and support
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a genuine passion for caring for older people, excellent communication skills, and a can-do approach. You will be required to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, to ensure we can provide 24/7 care to our residents.
