About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic Health Care Assistant to join our team in Malvern, Worcestershire. As a Health Care Assistant, you will help our residents with various tasks including:

  • Personal care.
  • Companionship.
  • Meal preparation.
  • Mobility.
  • Keeping care records up to date.

You will be responsible for building solid relationships with our residents, allowing them to live well in later life by putting them at the heart of all that you do.

No Prior Experience Required

We do not require any prior experience for this role, as we will provide you with all the training you need to excel in this position.

The estimated salary for this role is around £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience. The successful candidate will undergo an enhanced DBS check, with barred lists check, and any offer of employment will be dependent on a satisfactory outcome.
