ATA Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Wireman to join their team. This role involves working on various electrical control panels, ensuring they are functioning correctly and meet industry standards.

About the Position

This position requires strong knowledge of electrical installation within an industrial environment, including panel modification and machine wiring. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work effectively as part of a high-performing team, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Main Responsibilities
  • Fabricate electrical control panels according to detailed engineering drawings.
  • Install and test electrical panels and cable assemblies to ensure correct function and compliance with industry standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to S5 principles.
  • Contribute to the success of the organization by working effectively as part of a high-performing team.


Requirements
  • Proven experience in electrical installation within an industrial environment.
  • Expertise in panel modification and machine wiring.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to fault find and repair electrical control panels.
  • Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members.


Working Conditions
  • Monday to Friday working hours.
  • Day shifts from 8AM to 5PM.
  • Overtime rates available.


Estimated salary: £42,000 - £58,000 per annum.
