Job Title: Mobile Maintenance Plumber

Are you looking for a challenging role in commercial building maintenance?

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a Mobile Maintenance Plumber to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance across a retail contract covering various areas. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

This position would be ideal for a maintenance Plumber currently in a similar position who is looking for a new challenge. In return, the company are offering a competitive salary of up to £34,536 with a potential route into further career progression.

Key Responsibilities:
Water Hygiene maintenance and inspections
Pipework inspections and repairs
Minor installation works
Maintenance of pumps, expansions vessels, PRVs and TMVs
Flexible in helping other trades on site

Requirements:
Plumbing - City & Guilds Level 2 (Essential)
