Job Summary

Total Employment is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Parcel/Letter Delivery Driver to join our team. As a key member of our delivery operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of parcels and letters to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver parcels and letters to customers on a designated route, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service.
  • Sort and process mail and parcels within the delivery office, maintaining accurate records and meeting productivity standards.
  • Operate a company vehicle safely and efficiently, adhering to all relevant traffic laws and regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, maintaining a positive and respectful work environment.

Requirements:

  • A valid UK driving license with no more than six points.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • A high level of physical fitness, with the ability to walk and drive for extended periods.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
