Business Analyst

Join Samsung Electronics Perñu as a Content Performance Analyst and be part of our dynamic Display business team. As a key player in our European operations, you will help drive the execution of our strategic products and contribute to the growth and profitability of our business.
Key Responsibilities:- Reseller Behavior Analysis: Analyze reseller behavior and preferences by examining demographics, purchasing trends, product usage data, spending habits, loyalty metrics, and other relevant factors.
- Portal Management Assistance: Assist the CRM Operations Manager in maintaining the portal by uploading content and providing close support to the European subsidiary to ensure portal activity.
- Partner Portal Optimization: Enhance the partner portal by evaluating user interactions and generating regular reports for team review, facilitating collaborative efforts to enhance portal functionality and user experience.
- Good understanding of CRM systems and management skills, preferably Salesforce
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong database management skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office including Access and Excel
- Ability to problem solve and ownership of a project
- Ability to work well in groups
- Ability to multitask
- Hybrid working (3 days office & 2 days at home)
