Job Title: Occupational Therapist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Mental Health team at NonStop Consulting. The successful candidate will work with service users aged 18 and above, supervising Enablement workers and social care assessors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete OT assessments to determine the level of functioning of service users and identify goals to work on to facilitate achieving a level of independence.
  • Work with service users identified as having a potential to step down from high-level support to low/independent living.
  • Supervise Enablement workers and social care assessors to ensure effective delivery of services.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Occupational Therapist with HCPC Registration.
  • Experience of working with people with mental health needs.
  • Understanding of the Care Act 2014.
  • Knowledge of Enablement and the Recovery Model.
