We are seeking a talented User Experience (UX) Designer to join our product team at Sportlabs Technology. As a UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the UX design of our digital products and working closely with our cross-functional teams to understand business and user requirements.

Your primary responsibility will be to create experiences that meet users' needs and expectations by using appropriate methodologies such as personas, journeys, wireframes, interaction design, information architecture, prototypes, and metrics.

You will work collaboratively with our product designers to find creative and consistent design solutions that put users at the centre of all features designed. Your passion for sport and technology, combined with your knowledge of racket sports, specifically tennis and its rules and formats, will enable you to bring a unique perspective to this role.

To succeed in this position, you will require at least 3 years of experience in UX roles, full knowledge of theoretical and practical UX design rules, and evidence of applying best practice UX approaches. You should also have experience with UX usability testing and other research methodologies, as well as proficiency in creating prototypes using standard prototyping tools.

A portfolio featuring examples of end-to-end design solutions is essential, demonstrating your ability to deliver high-quality output in a fast-paced environment. In addition, experience working in a Lean/Agile methodology and using Confluence and Jira will be beneficial.
