Marketing Manager & HubSpot Specialist Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Marketing Manager & HubSpot Specialist at tbk Creative. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and creative individual to take ownership of marketing initiatives while supporting our HubSpot CRM clients. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans for clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, content marketing, SEO, and social media.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling marketing assets and bring campaigns to life.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and refine strategies to optimize results.
• Utilize HubSpot Marketing Hub to create and optimize email campaigns, workflows, and lead nurturing programs.
• Support sales enablement by leveraging HubSpot Sales Hub (preferred) to develop tools and automations that align with sales and marketing efforts.

Requirements and Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in marketing management, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment.
• Proven success in planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in HubSpot Marketing Hub (essential) and familiarity with Sales Hub (preferred).
• Solid understanding of SEO, paid media, email marketing, and social media marketing.
• Ability to interpret marketing data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

Salary and Benefits:
