Care Home Manager

**Job Summary**

Island Healthcare Ltd is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to lead our care team at Northbrooke House, Havenstreet. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and service delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Oversee the management of care staff, ensuring they receive the necessary training and support to deliver exceptional care
* Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of our service users
* Collaborate with our healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery
* Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
* Foster positive relationships with service users, their families, and staff

**Requirements**

* Minimum of a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care or equivalent
* Proven experience in a management position within the care sector
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
