Key Responsibilities- Provide line management and support to a team of practitioners
- Develop and implement interventions on a one-to-one and group-work basis
- Deliver services in schools and community-based settings
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery
- Proven experience in line management and team leadership
- Strong understanding of child and adolescent development
- Ability to develop and implement effective interventions
